What is the LotuMoui Programme?

The LotuMoui Programme was developed to Strengthen partnerships between the Counties Manukau District Health Board and Pacific churches, working together to improve the health status and wellbeing of Pacific people in the Counties Manukau Region

Founding scripture: “Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers” 3 John 2

Vision of prosperity: “To have a good safe journey that holistically encompasses physical health, material wealth, emotional security, spirutal wholeness and the wellbeing of families and the community”.

LotuMoui is a unique programme because it delivers health messages and programmes in a biblical framework with strong active partnership with church leaders, communities and provider organisations.

Ministers Advisory Committee play a strong governance role in leading the LotuMoui programme.  Advisory members are selected representatives of ministers and church leaders from the LotuMoui community.
